Booking is super easy — everything is automatically confirmed once you select your session and submit your retainer. After booking, you’ll automatically receive your contract and questionnaire. I’ll still personally reach out to chat about inspo pictures and make sure we’re on the same page for your session’s vibe.

• Retainer: 50% non-refundable retainer officially reserves your date and time. Once booked, I turn away other clients for that spot — so it protects that time and ensures your commitment.
• Remaining Balance: Due 24 hours before your session. Your gallery will only be sent once full payment has been received.
• Payment Plans: For larger sessions or elopements, payment plans are available — just let me know when booking.

• You may reschedule once with at least 48–72 hours’ notice, and your retainer will transfer to the new date. The session must take place within 60 days of your original date.
• Rescheduling with less notice or additional reschedules will require a new retainer.
• Cancellations & No-Shows: Retainers are non-refundable. Arriving 15+ minutes late or not showing up will be considered a no-show. Your session will be canceled, and your retainer forfeited. A $25 rebooking fee applies if you want to book again.

If the weather becomes unsafe or would negatively affect your photos, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. Your retainer will transfer to the new date.

Absolutely! Anyone or anything that’s part of your story is welcome. Props are encouraged, and outfits that feel true to you photograph beautifully — think neutrals, earthy tones, and simple textures. I’m happy to guide you if you need help choosing.

Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Try to arrive a little early so we can make the most of it. Arriving 15+ minutes late will be considered a no-show, and your retainer will be forfeited.

Most sessions are delivered within 2–4 weeks. Elopements and larger galleries take 4–5 weeks because of the extra storytelling and editing involved.

• Number of Photos: Each session includes the number of edited images listed in your package. Additional images may be available for purchase.
• RAW Files: Not available — you’ll receive fully edited, high-resolution JPEGs that reflect my style.
• Gallery Access: Your online gallery will remain open for 48 hours. I keep all delivered images backed up for 30 days after delivery. After that, files are permanently deleted.

Re-edit requests must be submitted within 48 hours of gallery delivery. I don’t offer general re-edits or reshoots unless there’s a technical malfunction that limits the quality of your photos. My goal is to deliver your best images from the start.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to share anywhere. Tagging me is appreciated but never required. By booking, you also agree I may use your images for marketing or portfolio purposes unless we discuss otherwise.

Yes! Local travel is included. Anything outside my local area may include a travel fee based off milage/time.

I retain the copyright for all images. You’ll receive personal usage rights but may not edit, alter, or sell your photos without permission.

Clear communication is key! If I can’t reach you within 3 hours before your session, I reserve the right to reschedule. Life happens, and I’m understanding, but a heads-up is always appreciated.
